PLANT GROWTH CABINS
Climate Control at your convenience
When you look for a device that you can carry along to where ever you go, the answer is the compact Plant Growth / Climate control cabins.
We have removed the 100 Lt to 800 Lt product line from our manufacturing plans, as usable space to cost ratio drops our of feasible for most clients. We have 800 Lt cabins expanding to 1x, 2x and 3x800 Lt cabins. After 2400 Lt we would suggest to switch to a room size.
This said that on cost/benefit approach, we are happy to manufacture your size as a custom built.
Plant Growth cabins will deliver all the good control sensitivity and technology that you are expecting from the rooms, only in a portable format.
CLIMATE SIMULATION
WALK - IN ROOMS
Grotech walk-in Climate Rooms bring the climate in the desired part of the globe, to your laboratory with precise control over temperature, humidity and illumination. Starting from 12 m² base, going upward gives you enough working area that imulates the climate form daylight to sunset, winter to summer, homogenous in every m² of its growth surface.
Newest technologies will enable you to achieve ± 1 °C and %2 RH in temperature and humidity control respectively while illumination as high as 300,000 lux is on, getting you closer to natural sunlight.
Grotech research that has been evaluated by the Sicientific Research Organisation TUBITAK and found fit for support, is currently enjoyed by university and research organizations nationwide.
PRODUCT TESTING CABINS
While plant growth products give you the ideal environment for plants, anywhere around the world brought to your laboratory, Product Testing Cabins can create the extreme environment to test your products against. Within the extremes we are able to deliver the same level of precision in temperature and humidity control and sensing. If you need exact, correct control and measurement, this is the way to go.
We are capable to achieve from -50ºC to +150ºC and humidity control above +15ºC. Below 15ºC, cooling systems will freeze all water content in the air, causing frost and blockage on the cooling system heat exchenger.

Even though our main expertise is in temperature control, we also are a control systems company. If you would prefer to control your other testing equipment in the test cabin/room, such as vibration, salt fog, electromagnetic radiation, solar radiation, mechanical movement etc. we can also develop the control algorithms and systems for you.
BIOSAFETY CONTROLLED ROOMS

Bio-safety becomes a necessity if you are working with a large number of plants or material that is a bio-safety hazard.
There is expertise in the world for creating bio-safety level buildings like hospitals, operating rooms or vaccine production facilities. But if you are growing plant or live material you also need high-illumination to simulate sun light and very precise temperature and humidity control – now this is where it starts becoming tricky. Such heavy heat loads are difficult to formulate in a Hepa filter controlled bio-safety air handling.
Grotech expertise were called for, when such a facility needed to be built for a United Nations facility. We have formed a working group with known bio-safety experts of the era to come up with a solution needed. It created and environment that not only met the BSL requirements for the project, but created new ways of handling extreme loads within an air safety handling system, leaving us with the experience.

PHARMA STABILITY TESTING

SEED STORAGE / BANKS
